Maintaining Profitability, as many know giving the best price to clients, while also ensuring great quality is a difficult. We see this with Government janitorial contracts, they go by a 'point system' although they give the most points to the lowest quote bidder. You wonder how can someone afford to pay employee, management and materials with some of the prices they give, the main reason for their prices is for the security of that little chunk left after over head, as many know those contracts if the client is happy are a secured chunk of money every month on a yearly contract.
